LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS TOWN OF BEAR CREEK CDBG PROJECT NUMBER: SM-CM-PF-14-034 Separate sealed bids for Water System Rehab will be received by the Town of Bear Creek, at the Town Hall, Bear Creek, Alabama, 35543, until 2:00 p.m. CST, on April27, 2015. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Payment Bond and other contract documents may be examined at the following: Town of Bear Creek and at the Vernon office of Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. All bids must be submitted on bid forms provided by the Engineer.
