The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND PLANS may be examined at Winston County Commission in Double Springs and at the office of Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND PLANS may be obtained at the office of Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. upon payment of $100.00 for each set which includes printing, reproduction, shipping and handling by U.S. Mail, etc. Said cost represents the cost of printing, reproduction, handling, and distribution, therefore no refund will be granted.
