Barbara Ann Alexander, 73, of Arley, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2023 at her residence.
She was born July 5, 1949 in Gadsden.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Gerald) Lyons; son, Carl Dewayne Alexander; granddaughter, Destiny (Austin) Griffith; grandson, Tyler Manley; great-granddaughter, Sienna Griffith; sisters, Gail (Don) Tinsley and Joyce (Wallace) Garrard and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Carl Alexander; father, J.B. Brown; mother, Naomi Brown; brothers, Lee Brown and Johnny Brown and sister, Martha Joe Brothers.
The Alexander family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Nichols Funeral Home is assisting the family.
