Fletcher Cleere Scott Sr. 91, of Russellville, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023.
Fletcher was a Christian and a member of St. Paul CME Church. He was retired from the National Guard after proudly serving 30 years for his country. He was a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and a wonderful cook.
Fletch is survived by his son, Fletcher Scott Jr.; sisters, Dorothy, Mary-Catherine, Hattie and Ethel; grandchildren, April, Neil, Camille and Quinyatta and great-grandchildren, La-Avierra, Dy-Nyla, Camari and Jeremiah.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilhelmina; parents, Sip and Nancy Scott and siblings, Joe, SJ, Eunice, Mabel, Josephine, Mary and Cheetah.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Pinkard Funeral Home of Russellville from noon -1 p.m. His funeral will follow in the chapel at 1 p.m. Interment will be in Franklin Memory Gardens.
