Default having been made in the terms of that mortgage executed on February 7, 2020 by Kendall Wayne Parris, an unmarried man, to EvaBank, which said mortgage is recorded in Book MORT 646, Page 302 in the Probate Office of Winston County, Alabama, and default continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, in Double Springs, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on March 20, 2024:
A parcel of land lying in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 3, Township 11 South, Range 6 West of the Huntsville Meridian, Winston County, Alabama, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the NE corner of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 3 and run S 88 degrees 43’55”W along the North boundary of said quarter-quarter a distance of 523.96 feet to the east right-of-way boundary of County Road 77; thence run S 31 degrees 15’22”W along the east right-of-way boundary of County Road 77 a distance of 26.00 feet to a set 5/8 inch rebar and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue S 31 degrees 15’22”W along the east right-of-way boundary of County Road 77 a distance of 210.00 feet to a set 5/8 inch rebar; thence run S 56 degrees 46’24”E a distance of 210.00 feet to a set 5/8 inch rebar; thence run N 31 degrees 15’22”E a distance of 210.00 feet to a set 5/8 inch rebar; thence run N 56 degrees 46’24”W a distance of 210.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Said parcel contains 1/0 acres, more or less.
Including a 2017 Kabco MD-109 single wide manufactured home located thereon.
