Annie Lee Hicks, 87, of Haleyville, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at her home. She was retired from Haleyville City Schools and a member of Bethel Baptist No. 2 Church.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 1, 2024 from 11 a.m. - noon at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville. Her funeral will be at noon in the chapel, with Bro. Joe Spiller officiating. Burial to follow in Bethel Baptist No. 2 Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Lane Hicks, Kyle Hicks, Chad Hicks and Gaven Hicks
Annie is survived by her sons, Ricky (Marlene) Hicks and Keith (Reba) Hicks; daughter-in-law, Shirley Hicks; sister, Beatrice Rayburn; grandchildren, Bradley Hicks, Kyle (Leigh Ann) Hicks, Lane Hicks and Chad (Samantha) Hicks; great-grandchildren, Gaven, Aaron, Anna Lauren, Warren and John Israel Hicks and Mariah Gilbert; great-great-grandson, James Major Gilbert and a host of extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton and Alma Marie Loveless; husband, Elbert Hicks; granddaughter, Alisha Hicks; son, Steve Hicks.
