Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Michael I. Harris, married man, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Loan depot.com, LLC, on March 1, 2023, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, in MORT Book 688 Page 929; the undersigned loanDepot.com, LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Double Springs, Winston County, Alabama, on September 13, 2024, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Winston County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot number 20 in the Chambers Addition to the City of Haleyville, Alabama, and being part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 30, Township 9 South, Range 10 West and more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 20 on the West side of Newburg Road; thence West at right angles 200 feet; thence South at right angles 100 feet; thence East at right angles 200 feet to Newburg Road; thence North along the West side of Newburg Road 100 feet to the Point of Beginning; situated, lying and being in Winston County, Alabama..
