Sheila Gay Heatherly, 76, of Haleyville, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025. She was a member of County Line Church and a member of Eastern Star.
A gathering of family and friends will be Friday, March 7, 2025 from 1 - 2 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville. Her Celebration of Life service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Heatherly; children, Sherry (Phillip) Elkins, Tonya Heatherly, Brenda (Brian) Williams, Micha (Rosie) Ouellette and Dexter Heatherly; sister, Kay Bryant; grandchildren, Taelor Barnes, Crystal Knight, Corey Beam, Calib Ouellette, Autumn Ouellette, Prentiss Ouellette, Morgan Ouellette, Kolby Hood, Sydney Heatherly, Chandler Heatherly, Candice Heatherly, Jaden Heatherly, Jason David, Zachary David and Michael Davis and a host of great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wickliffe Thomas and Ruby Lucille Thomas; sons, Prentiss Barnes and Shannon Heatherly and sisters and brothers, Faye McDaniel, Brenda Lange, Debra Johnson, Junior Allen and Charles Thomas.
