Earl "Junior" Ratliff, 76, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Meek Baptist Church in Arley. Friends and family will gather from 12-2 p.m. His funeral will begin at 2 p.m. Earl will be laid to rest at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home will direct.
