Ralph A. Teague, 97, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2025, in Parker, Colorado. A private service was held in Parker on Friday, January 2, 2026.
Born on May 11, 1928, in Haleyville, Ralph was the son of Benjamin and Gertrude Teague. He grew up in a large family and was one of several siblings who shared a close bond throughout their lives. Ralph answered the call to serve his country during World War II as a member of the United States Navy.
Following his military service, Ralph pursued higher education at the University of Alabama, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Gertrude Teague; sisters, Jewel Quinn and Doris Atchison; brothers, Buford Teague and Charles Teague and grandson, Shawn Stringfellow.
Ralph's legacy continues through his loving family. He is remembered with a deep and abiding love by his daughter, Pamela Teague; granddaughter, Kristin Ruterbories; great-grandchildren, Kyla Stringfellow, Gaige Stringfellow and Andrew Ruterbories and great-great-granddaughter, Evelyn Nye. He is also survived by his sisters, Rena Walker and Myra Elliott.
