Default existing and continuing in the payment of the indebtedness described in that certain Mortgage from ALEX CASTRO, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, AND DIANA LYNN WYLLIE, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, to Traders and Farmers Bank, Haleyville, Alabama, dated APRIL 12, 2018 and recorded on April 16, 2018 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of WINSTON County, Alabama, in WINSTON COUNTY Mortgage Volume 626 at Page 661;
ALSO, that certain Mortgage from DIANA LYNN WYLLIE, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, AND ALEX CASTRO, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, to Traders and Farmers Bank, Haleyville, Alabama, dated DECEMBER 7, 2018 and recorded on December 27, 2018 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of WINSTON County, Alabama, in WINSTON COUNTY Mortgage Volume 633 at Page 978;
