NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the debt secured by the certain mortgage executed by Leda Parrish Mortgagor to Hughes Lumber Company Inc., Mortgagee on May 21, 1999, said mortgage being recorded in the Probate Office of Winston County, Alabama in Mortgage Book 386 at Page 918 and Hughes Lumber Company Inc. Mortgagee by reason of such default, having declared all the indebtedness Secured by under the power of sale contained in said mortgage, Hughes Lumber Company Inc. Mortgagee will sell at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door in the City of Double Springs, Winston County, Alabama at 11:30 a.m. on March 2, 2020 the following described real estate situated in Winston County, Alabama, to wit:
Start at the Northeast corner of the intersection of 30th Street and Littleville Road and run East along the North side of the right of way of 30th Street (Also known as Finley Road) a distance of 150’ to an iron stake the point of beginning then North perpendicular to 30th Street 100’ to another stake thence East 120’ parallel with 30th Street to the west right of way of the proposed Highway No. 5 bypass. Thence in a Southeast direction along said right of way line a distance of 100’ thence West 150’ to point of beginning. Lying in the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 29, Township 9 South, Range 10 W in Winston County, Alabama.
Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debt and costs of foreclosure.
