Carlton Blackwood his heirs/successors/assigns, said mortgage is dated the 6th day of June, 2016, and filed for record on the 9th day of June, 2016, in the Probate Office of Winston County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 680 Page 95;
That Carlton Blackwood passed away on or about the 27th day of October, 2016, that an estate was opened to probate his Last Will and Testament on or about the 20th day of December, 2016, in the Probate Court of Winston County, bearing Case No. 4442, wherein Judge Sheila Moore appointed Stacy McCain and Mava Jean Cleghorn, as Co-Personal Representatives/Co-Executors of the Estate of Carlton Oren Blackwood, said Estate having been transferred for
distribution to the Circuit Court of Winston County, Alabama bearing Case No. CV 2017-000002.00 with said Estate remaining open in the Circuit Court of Winston County.
Therefore the Estate of Carlton Oren Blackwood is now holder and owner of that certain mortgage executed by Christopher Cookenmaster and wife, Christal Cookenmaster, to Carlton Blackwood his heirs/successors/assigns, said mortgage is dated the 6th day of June, 2016, and filed for record on the 9th day of June, 2016, in the Probate Office of Winston County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 680 Page 95;
Said default continuing, and by virtue of the power contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the courthouse door in Winston County, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on June 4, 2020, this
sale is a continuation of the original foreclosure notice sale date of April 16, 2020 to-wit:
