Lila Mae Treece, 75, of Double Springs, entered into rest on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham.
Mrs. Treece was born on June 30, 1945.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from 6-9 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville. Mrs. Treece will lie in state on Thursday, January 28, 2021 from 12-2 p.m. at Pleasant Hill No. 1 Church, where her funeral will begin at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill No.1 Church Cemetery in Houston.
Lila is survived by her daughters, Anita (Lonnie) Fenley and Darlene (Allen) Mclain; son, Clark (Sylvia) Bartlett; grandchildren, Travis (Nina) Fenley, Kayla (Adam) Estes, Amanda (Adam) Meadows, Heather Davila and William (Christina) Bartlett; great-grandchildren, Travis Jr., Destiny, AJ, Hondo, Madilynn, Callie, Jace, Braden, Conner, Carmen, Leslie and Riker; sister, Mildred Phillips and brothers, Alvis (Tina) Treece, Ray Treece, Wayne (Cindy) Treece, Paul (Lisa) Treece and Troy Treece.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Pauline Treece; sisters, Betty Joyce Treece and Evelyn Fulcher; brothers, Herman Treece, Jessie B. Treece and Ricky Treece; brothers-in-law, David Phillips and Raymond Fulcher and sisters-in-law, Kathy Treece and Geneva Treece.
