HALEYVILLE - The Haleyville Street and Sanitation Department will be closed Monday, Feb. 17, in recognition of Presidents Day. Therefore, there will not be any trash collection on that day.
Monday’s garbage route will be collected on Tuesday, Feb. 18, along with the regular Tuesday route.
In addition, all federal, state, county and local government offices will be closed Monday. The U.S. Post Office will be closed, with no mail delivery. All banks will also be closed.
Winston County Schools and Phillips Schools will be closed Monday in observation of the holiday. However, Haleyville City Schools will be open.
