Ellis James Green, 87, of Bear Creek, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025. He was the retired owner of Green Septic Tank Cleaning.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 12-2 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville. His funeral will begin at 2 p.m., with Clint Hart officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Tree Cemetery, Hackleburg.
Mr. Green is survived by his children, Mike Green, Mark (Jess) Green, Jamie (Lisa) Green and Jerrmie (Jamie Lou) Green; grandchildren, Alisha (Matt) Collins, Amy Hulsey, Seth (Hannah) Green, Bo (Chrislyn) Green, Allyson Beckman and Wil (Brooklyn) Beckman and great-grandchildren, Peyton Collins, Ian Collins, Hannah Rayburn, Waylon Beckman and Mac Beckman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Birl and Ethel Green; wife, Genola Jean Green and siblings, Lowell Green, Clovis Green, Elvis Green, Mildred Watkins, Junior Green and Joel Green.
