Charles "Wade" Oden, 84, of Phil Campbell, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2025. His funeral will be at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 1 p.m., with Bro. Keith Prince and Bro. Dennis Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery. Pinkard Funeral Home will direct.
Wade was a long-time member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. He loved his family more than anything. Some of the best memories of him are when he was spending quality time with his grandbabies. He also enjoyed many other hobbies, as well, including fishing, hunting, gun collecting and spending time with his 2 dogs, Betty and Boomer.
Wade was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ethel Oden and his brother, James E. Oden.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Oden; his daughter, Wenona Oden and his grandchildren, Andrew and Alexis.
Pallbearers will be Andrew Oden, Keith Oden, Rickey Weaver, Jeff McCormick, Byron Landers and Lionel Landers.
