Jessie Gene Yocum, 53, passed away Tuesday November 11, 2025. Visitation will be Friday, November 14, 2025, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville, with his funeral to follow at 12 p.m. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Phil Campbell.
Jessie was born October 29, 1972 in Hinsdale, IL to Rayburn and Sandra Yocom. Jessie liked riding his four-wheeler and enjoyed visiting with family every day. He was an intelligent man who could remember dates, numbers and birthdays. He loved hanging out with his family, especially his father, his uncle George and his brother John. His smile was energetic and could light up any place. He was full of mischief and loved by all who knew him. He had a love of cars and going to the junkyard where he could go on tows with the drivers. His nephews and nieces were his life.
He leaves to cherish his memories his parents, Rayburn and Sandra Yocom; brothers, Johnathon Yocom (Patricia) and Bryan Yocom (Melinda); sister, Joann Hutto (Abe Mendoza); nieces, Olivia Mae Yocom and Edith Kay Yocom; nephews, Guthrie Rayburn Hutto, Alexander Vernon, Travis Yocom and Graham Jacob Yocom and a host of loving aunts, uncles, beloved cousins and friends.
