Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Richard Boyd Wilcoxson, Jr., and Julie E. Wilcoxson, husband and wife, originally in favor of Countrywide Bank, FSB, on the 6th day of January, 2009, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, in MORT Book 530, Page 879; the undersigned Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to Countrywide Bank, FSB, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Double Springs, Winston County, Alabama, on May 31, 2019, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Winston County, Alabama, to-wit:
Lots Number 49 and 50 in the Brierwood Estates Subdivision to the City of Haleyville, Alabama as said lots appear on the Plat of said subdivision in the Office as the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, in Map Book 1 at Page 139.

The North 4.0 feet of Lot No. 50 of Brierwood Estates Subdivision to the City of Haleyville, Winston County; Alabama, as recorded in Map Book 1 at Page 39 in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Winston County, Alabama, being more particularly described as: Begin at the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 50, thence East along the North boundary of said Lot No. 50 a distance of 200.0 feet to the West right-of-way of North Hills Road; thence South along the West right-of- way of said street a distance of 4.0 feet; thence West and parallel with the North boundary of said Lot No. 50 a distance of 200.0 feet to the West boundary of said Lot No. 50; thence North along said West boundary a distance of 4.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
