James "Junior" Lee Robbins, 83, of Haleyville, passed away Monday, September 9, 2019. He was owner of Robbins Grocery and Robbins Saw Shop and was of the Baptist faith.
Visitation is Wednesday, September 11, 2019 from 6- 9 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home-Haleyville. His funeral is Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Chris Godfrey officiating. Burial to follow in Littleville Cemetery.
Mr. Robbins is survived by his wife, Joyce Frances Robbins; children, Brenda Gail (Keith) Rowe, Misty Dawn (Tony) Steele and Steve Lee (Nancy) Robbins; siblings, Billy Robbins, Jimmy Robbins, Pauline Scogins, Janie Grace, Kay Lemire and Christine Cornelius; grandchildren, Tyler Rowe, Justin Rowe, Jessica Steele, Jordan Steele, Victoria Robbins, Andrea Robbins and Joseph Robbins and great-grandchildren, Anna Rowe, Emily Rowe and Judson Steele.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar Lee and Gladys Robbins and siblings, Norris Robbins, Jerry Robbins and Melbaline Holland.
