Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Christina M. Thence continue along the last described course for 215.49 feet to the northeasterly right of way line of a public road, said point being the beginning of a curve to the left having an interior angle of 73 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds and a radius of 86.41 feet; thence run Southwesterly along said right of way and along said curve for an arc distance of 110.39 feet to the point of tangent; thence S 62 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds W., along said right of way and tangent to the last described curve for 86.69 feet; thence N 06 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds E., for 380.83 feet; thence N 44 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds E., for 216.50 feet; thence N, 55 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds E., for 135.09 feet to contour line 510.0 on Smith Lake; thence S. 70 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds E., along contour line 510.0 for 39.46 feet; thence S. 34 degrees 53 minutes 27 seconds E., and continue along contour line 510.0 for 40.43 feet; thence S. 03 degrees 15 minutes 22 seconds E., for 533.11 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to any part lying below contour line 522.0 feet. Usual minerals and mining rights excepted.
