HHS girls ground Falcons 37-32

HALEYVILLE - The Haleyville Lady Lions clawed their way through to a win Monday, Feb. 10, against the St. John Paul II Catholic Falcons in sub-region play. The Lady Lions won the right to host the game by winning their area.
HHS won by a score of 37-32, led by high scorer Catie Aldridge with 9 points. She had 3 rebounds and 2 assists on the night.
Reagan Kutis was close behind with 7 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal.
Tesley Callahan put in 6 points and 1 rebound.
Mae Boyles scored 5 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 steals.
Molly Gilbert had 4 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 block and 1 steal.
Madison Caine also scored 4 points, 2 rebounds and 1 steal.
