Joseph "Joe" Eston Hulsey, 62, of Haleyville, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2021. He was a Baptist and a retired equipment operator with the Haleyville Water Works.
His visitation will be Saturday March 20, 2021 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, with his funeral at 1 p.m. in the chapel, with Steve Tidwell officiating. Burial to follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Tammy Hulsey; children, Wenona (Daniel) Mertens, Chrissy (Bryan) Henderson, Johnathan (Megan) Gay and Megan (Mark) Rickard; brother, Dewayne Hulsey; sister, Margie (Ronnie) Hill; grandchildren, Destiny Hallmark, Tori Sherer, Hanna Mertens, Elijah Hallmark, Trinity Ladd, Ezekiel Miller, Madison Mertens, Kadyn Henderson, Kylie Henderson, Nathan Rickard and Zach Gay; great-grandchildren, Lilliana, Layla and Jack Shelter and special friends, Billy (Annette) Laney.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Rosie Hulsey; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jackie and Barbara Hicks; sister, Charlotte Hulsey and brother, Anthony Hulsey.
