Hall signs letter of intent with Culver-Stockton

Levi Hall, a senior at Phillips High School in Bear Creek, recently signed his letter of intent to play football for the Culver-Stockton Wildcats, in Canton, Missouri. He will join his team for preseason activities in August. He is pictured with Head Coach Tom Sallay and Offensive Coordinator Ron Wooten. Levi is the son of Bryan and LaWanda Hall, of Bear Creek, and the grandson of Lina and the late Bures Hall, of Bear Creek and Diania and the late Connie Allred Jr., of Brilliant.

Blanton signs volleyball scholarship with Blue Mountain College

Winston County High School senior Saige Blanton signed a volleyball scholarship with Blue Mountain College in Mississippi. The Winston County High School senior signed a volleyball scholarship with Blue Mountain College Wednesday, Feb. 27. BMC is a private institution located in northeast Mississippi, not far from Tupelo.
The signing ceremony was held in the library of the high school, in Double Springs with family, administrators, teammates, coaches and friends in attendance.

Jefferson inks scholarship with Wallace State

Natalie Jefferson signed a volleyball scholarship with Wallace State Friday, Jan 11. The event was held in the Addison High School library with family, teamates and friends in attendance. ADDISON - Natalie Jefferson will go from being a Lady Bulldog to a Lady Lion this fall. Jefferson, a three-time state champion volleyball setter with Addison High School, has signed a scholarship with Wallace State Community College.
She has played volleyball six years at AHS, garnering three state championships. She has also played club volleyball four years with Net Force Volleyball with Erika Pifer from Samford University and one year with Randy Daniel’s Smith Lake Juniors. Daniel is the head volleyball coach for Wallace State.
