FORECLOSURE NOTICE
Default having been made in the terms of the mortgage executed by Kyndi L. Wilson, an unmarried woman, and Brooke Moorehead, an unmarried woman, on the 20th day of October, 2017,
and recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 622 at Page 339, and default having also been made in the terms of the consumer security agreement executed by Kyndi L. Wilson and Brooke Moorehead on the 20th day of October, 2017, and perfected by the filing of that certain UCC-1 Financing Statement as Instrument No. 73315 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama and as Instrument No. M 17-7547989 FS in the Alabama Secretary of State’s Office, the undersigned, Traditions Bank mortgagee and secured party, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage and with such rights granted it
under the Uniform Commercial Code, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front
of the main entrance of the Winston County Courthouse at Double Springs, Winston County, Alabama, on the 21st day of February, 2024, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate and personal property situated in Winston County, Alabama, to-wit:
Begin at the NW corner of the NE¼ - NW¼ and run thence North 89º East 685.62 feet along the North boundary line of said forty; thence South 01º 15' East 358.9 feet to Clear Creek; run thence Westerly along said Clear Creek 667 feet, more or less, to the Easterly right of way of Alabama Highway #195; run
thence North 13º 11' West along said right of way 94.18 feet; run thence North 01º 15' West 310.08 feet to the point of beginning. Said lands lying and being situated in the NE¼ of the NW¼ of Section 33, Township 11 South, Range 8 West, Winston Co, AL. Containing 5.98 acres, more or less. Description per survey of W.E. Batchelor AL Reg No. 9674 dated 2-7-1978.
