Singing With Grace will be featured at a singing at Henryfield First Congregational Methodist Church, located off of County Road 55 near Ashridge on Sunday, Jan. 22. Bro. Joseph Boyles will be the guest speaker for the evening, as well. The event will begin at 5 p.m., and everyone is welcome.
ARLEY - The Alabama Forestry Foundation will conduct a Learn & Burn Live Fire Event at the Matt Hannah Tree Farm in Arley on the first burn day in the period of Feb. 27-Mar. 3. Participants will be notified of the date two days in advance. Participants will join burn crews led by an Alabama Certified Burn Manager for a day-long prescribed burn. They will be able to observe the burn from start to finish, ask questions and experience igniting and holding a burn line in a variety of fuels, terrains and stand conditions.
