Water clerk to get new computer at Lynn

LYNN - Kris Gray, the water clerk for the Town of Lynn, will receive a new computer soon, thanks to approval of council members at the May 21 town meeting.

“(It) was old and really slow,” said Mayor Jeff Stokes. “The computer and the labor to do the work is going to be less than a $1,000.”

Approval for the computer was unanimous from all members. The money will come from the water department account.

Being the only item on the agenda, the meeting was adjourned.

The next council meeting at Lynn will be Monday, June 18, at 6 p.m. at the old Lynn Town Hall location.
