IN RE: A parcel of land lying partly in the N ½ of the SE ¼ and partly in the SW ¼ of the NE ¼, of Section 29, Township 10 South, Range 8 West, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 29, thence run South along the East line of said Section 29, a distance of 3,449.65 feet; thence with a deflection angle of 90 degrees 41 minutes to the right, run in a Westerly direction for a distance of 1,312.30 feet to a point on the North boundary of Blake Drive, said point being 40 feet North of the centerline of Blake Drive and the Point of Beginning; from said Point of Beginning run in a Northerly direction along the East property line of the David Phillip Wilson and Kelly W. Mize property, a distance of 930 feet, more or less, to a point on the South right-of-way of U.S. Hwy. 278; thence run Southeasterly along said right-of-way, a distance of 1,005 feet, more or less, to the intersection with the North right-of-way of Blake Drive; thence Southerly and Westerly along said North right-of-way of Blake Drive, a distance of 622 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning. Containing 5.7 acres, more or less.

David Blaine Weaver and/or the Estate of David Blaine Weaver, Sharman W. Brown, as Successor Trustee of the Family Trust under the Last Will and Testament of George H. Weaver, Tina M. Tullos and all other persons claiming any present, future, contingent, remainder, reversion or other interest in said lands, must answer Jason McCullar and Angie McCullar’s Complaint to Quiet Title and other relief by the 31st day of March, 2025, or thereafter, a judgment by Default may be rendered against all Defendants in Case No. CV-25-900008.00, in the Circuit Court of Winston County, Alabama.
