MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE
Default having been made in the terms of that mortgage executed on June 24, 2022 by Lauren A. Robinson, an unmarried individual, to EvaBank, which said mortgage is recorded in Book MORT 682, Page 891 in the Probate Office of Winston County, Alabama, and default continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, in Double Springs, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on June 25, 2025:
The Land referred to herein below is situated in the County of Winston, State of Alabama, and is described as follows:
Commence at the SW Corner of the SW ¼ of the NW ¼, Section 4, Township 11 South, Range 6 West, Winston County, Alabama; thence run N 00 degrees 00” E along the West line of said quarter for 988.13 to the Point of beginning; thence continue along last described course for 100.0 feet; thence run S 33 degrees 07’19” E for 664.27 feet to the Southeasterly line of 50 foot road easement; thence run S 76 degrees 01’26” E for 342.10 feet more or less to the 510 contour line of Smith Lake; thence run Southwesterly along said 510 contour line for 327.10 feet more or less; thence run N 47 degrees 04’06” W and leaving 510 contour line for 355.40 feet more or less to the Southeasterly line of a 50 foot road easement; thence run N 27 degrees 01’50” W for 669.86 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to that portion of a 50 foot road easement that crosses the above described property as recorded in Real Volume 216, Pages 481, 482 and 483.
Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debt and cost of foreclosure.
