Jack Jeffrey Phillips, 71, of Nauvoo, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 12 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, with his funeral to follow at 2 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Kelley Cemetery.
