David Blaine Weaver and/or the Estate of David Blaine Weaver, Sharman W. Brown, as Successor Trustee of the Family Trust under the Last Will and Testament of George H. Weaver, and all other persons claiming any present, future, contingent, remainder, reversion or other interest in said lands, must answer Jason McCullar and Angie McCullar’s Complaint to Quiet Title and other relief by the 14th day of August, 2024, or thereafter, a judgment by Default may be rendered against all Defendants in Case no. CV-24-900037.00, in the Circuit Court of Winston County, Alabama.
