Shirley Ann Jones, 81, of Cullman, passed away Monday, March 9, 2026 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Shirley was born August 6, 1944 to Bill and Lovie Folds. She was a fantastic cook and loved gardening, especially with her flowers. She loved talking on the phone to friends and family. Shirley loved and was devoted to her family and was always willing to help anyone in need.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where her funeral will be held at 12 p.m.. Burial will be at White Oak Cemetery in Logan. Ricky Bartlett will officiate. Pallbearers will be Colby Jones, Ethan Roberts, Mike Lynn, Evan Seymore, and Billy Elliott.
Shirley is survived by her children, Sheila (Rickey) Meigs, Frankie Jones (Cim Taylor) and Lisa Woods; daughter-in-law, Jenise Jones; grandchildren, Evan (Leah) Seymore, Erin Seymore (Nate Ivey), Amber Jones, Rachel (Jordan) King, and Hannah Couch; great-grandchildren, Oliver Seymore, Rogen Seymore, Braxton Crow, Grayson King, Everly King, and Presley Couch and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Lovie Folds; sister, Dean Folds Ward; son, Ronald Jones and special friend, June Rushing.
