Along with garbage route changes, the Winston County Commission voted during its Monday, March 30, meeting to close the Winston County Courthouse and Annex offices for Good Friday. All city and town halls will be closed, but state and federal governmental offices will be open.  The U.S. Post Office will be open Friday, as will financial institutions.
