E.O. Byars Construction, Inc. hereby gives notice of completion of contract with the State of Alabama for construction of Project Number ATRP2-67-2022-182 in Winston County.
This notice will appear in the form of an advertisement in a newspaper of general circulation and will run for three (3) consecutive weeks beginning on July 15, 2026 and ending on July 29, 2026.
All claims should be mailed to P.O. Box 659, Sulligent, AL 35586 during this period.
