Defendant, Brett A. Huddleston whose whereabouts are unknown, must answer Plaintiff's Complaint for ejectment to obtain possession of the following described property:
A parcel of land lying and being situated in the NE 1/4 - NE 1/4, of Section 32, Township 9 South, Range 10 West, Winston County, Alabama, and being more particularly described as follows: Commence at an axle marking the Northeast corner of Section 32 and run thence South 87 degrees, 00 minutes, 00 seconds West, along the North boundary of Section 32, a distance of 125.82 feet to a point on the South right of way of County Road No. 58A, also known as Pounders-Sims Road; run thence South 79 degrees, 48 minutes, 19 seconds West, along said right of way, a distance of 110.50 feet to a 5/8 inch capped iron at the point of intersection of County Road No. 58A and the West right of way of Jeanette Lane, said point being the P.C. of a 419.318 foot radius in the West right of way of Jeanette Lane; run thence South 18 degrees, 23 minutes, 10 seconds East chord along said radius, a distance of 128.18 feet with an arc of 128.68 feet to a 5/8 inch capped iron at the P.T. thereof; run thence South 27 degrees, 10 minutes, 39 seconds East along said right of way, a distance of 103.70 feet to a 5/8 inch capped iron at the P.C. of a 30 foot radius; run thence South 17 degrees, 49 minutes, 21 seconds West chord along said radius, a distance of 42.43 feet with an arc of 47.12 feet to a 5/8 inch capped iron at the P.T. thereof, said point being on the North right of way of Thorp Boulevard; run thence South 62 degrees, 49 minutes, 21 seconds West, along said right of way, a distance of 101.30 feet to a 5/8 inch capped iron at the P.C. of a 151.28 foot radius; run thence South 71 degrees, 38 minutes, 50 seconds West chord, along said radius, a distance of 46.42 feet with an arc of 46.60 to a 5/8 inch capped iron at the P.T. thereof; run thence North 13 degrees, 11 minutes, 41 seconds West, a distance of 301.60 feet to a 3/4 inch pipe on the South right of way of County Road No. 58A, also known as Pounders-Sims Road; run thence North 79 degrees, 48 minutes, 19 seconds East, along said right of way 130.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said lands being Lot 29 and 46 of Lakeview Height Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 127 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama.

By the 26th day of August, 2018, or thereafter, a judgment by default may be rendered against it in the above-captioned case of action now pending in the Circuit Court of Winston County, Alabama.
