Upon the Petition filed by the attorney of record, Chrissy L Riddle, Esq. on behalf of the Petitioners Mickel and Emily Walker, the Honorable Juvenile Court has directed service of Notice of Petition for Termination of Parental Rights to be perfected on the following parties:
Pamela Morris, Mother of the minor children
Unknown Father of the minor child E.K.S.
Brad Morris, Father of the minor children B.L.M. and I.E.M.
ORDERED, that service be made by publication in the Northwest Alabamian, a newspaper published in Winston County, Alabama, once a week for four consecutive weeks, requiring the Mother, Pamela Morris; the Unknown Father; and the Father, Brad Morris to answer the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights in this cause within fourteen (14) days from the last date of publication of the notice, and by failing to do so a judgement by default may be taken against them.
