Anyone claiming to be the father of the minor child, J.H., whose whereabouts is unknown, must answer the petition of the Winston County Department of Human Resources, by and through their counsel, Betsy M. Harrison, P.O. Box 339, Double Springs, Alabama, 35553 for Termination of Parental Rights within fourteen (14) days from the last date of publication, or thereafter a judgment be default may be rendered against him in Case No. JU-19-74.02 in the Juvenile Court of Winston County, Alabama.
