Sharit Properties, LLC and all other persons claiming any present, future, contingent, remainder, reversion or other interest in said lands, must answer Damon Brooks’ Complaint to Quiet Title and other relief by the 10th day of March, 2023, or thereafter, a judgment by Default may be rendered against all Defendants in Case no. CV-23-900001, in the Circuit Court of Winston County, Alabama.
