Default existing and continuing in the payment of the indebtedness described in and by Mortgage dated April 9, 2020 from Marvin Grace to Bobby Moore, recorded at Mortg Book 649, page 799 in the Office of Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, notice is hereby given that Tim Moore sole heir and successor to Bobby Moore, deceased, the holder of said mortgage, will, under the power of sale contained in said mortgage, sell at public auction, for cash to the highest bidder at the front door of the Winston County Courthouse, Double Springs, Alabama, at 12:00 o’clock Noon on the 8th day of November, 2023, the following described property located in said County, to-wit:
The West 35 feet of Lots 13 and 15 in Block 3 in the Miller Addition to the Town of Haleyville, Alabama, and the following described part of Lot No. 11 in Block 3 of the Miller Addition to the Town of Haleyville, Alabama: Commence at the SW corner of said lot and running thence North along the West line of said lot 35 feet; thence East parallel to the South of said lot 35 feet; thence South parallel to West line of said lot 35 feet to South lot line; thence West along lot line to the point of beginning. Also, known as Parcel I.D.# 67-06-03-06-2-202-041.000. Being part of the NW1/4 of Section 6, Township 10 South, Range 10 West.
Said sale is for the purpose of paying the indebtedness, the charges provided for in said mortgage, and the cost of said sale, including a reasonable attorney’s fee.
