Mildred May Phillips, 69, of Double Springs, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 22, 2026 from 12 - 2 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville. Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. in the chapel, with Alvis Treece officiating. Burial to follow in Pleasant Hill Community Church # 1 Cemetery in Houston.
She is survived by her children, Anthony Brock, Christina Keeney (husband Micheal) and Amy Willis (husband Kevin); brothers, Alvis Treece (wife Tina), Hildred Treece, Wayne Treece (wife Cindy), Troy Treece and Paul Treece (wife Lisa); grandchildren, Caleb Sayles, Connor Keeney, William Sayles, Steve Sayles (wife Shayla), Autumn Willis, Lily Willis, Sarah Brock, Carlea Brock, Tristan Brock, Kaleigh Brock and Lucus Brock; 6 great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 29 1/2 years, David Phillips; mother, Pauline Treece; father, Albert Treece; sisters, Betty Treece, Lila Treece and Evelyn Fulcher; brothers, Herman Treece, Jessie B. Treece and Ricky Treece; nephew, Ricky Treece, Jr. and grandparents, David and Cora Treece.
