Cherry A. Pearson, 71, of Haleyville, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Lakeland Community Hospital.
Cherry was born January 3, 1955 to Roy and Margaret Pearson in Orlando, Florida.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 12-1 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where her funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Brother Alvis Treece will officiate. Burial will be at Littleville Cemetery in Haleyville.
Cherry is survived by her brother, Harold (Penny) Neville; nephews, Matt (Crystal) Neville, Kevin (Tasha) Neville, Cody (Kim) Neville, Adam (Maggie) Neville and Nathan Neville; a host of nieces and nephews and friends, Sharon Baccus and Nelda Edwards.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Margaret Pearson and brother, Leon Pearson.
