Separate sealed bids for Trail Safety and Maintenance Improvement Project – Rocky Ravine Park will be received by the City of Haleyville, Alabama in the Court Room at Haleyville City Hall located at 911 21st Street in Haleyville, Alabama until 2:00 p.m., Central Time, on Thursday, July 16, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
This project consists of various work sites where trail improvements will be installed, shelter construction, seating areas, and signage.
The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the locations:

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND PLANS are available digitally and in hard copy formats from the City of Haleyville upon request. The cost for hard copy will be $200.00/set, which includes printing, reproduction shipping and handling by U.S. Mail, etc. This fee is non-refundable. It is incumbent upon prospective bidder to ensure that city of Haleyville has their correct email and contact information on the plan holders list for addenda and other correspondence.
Each bidder must deposit, with its bid, security in the amount of, form of, and subject to conditions provided in the information for bidders.
Registration in SAM (System for Award Management) www.sam.gov is required to participate in ADECA projects and other Federal funding programs. No contract will be executed without a company’s active status in www.sam.gov.
No bidder may withdraw its bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time, in Court Room at Haleyville City Hall located at 911 21st Street, Haleyville, Alabama 35565.
