Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on July 14, 2011 by Christopher Sampson, unmarried, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for MetLife Home Loans, a division of Metlife Bank, N.A., and recorded in Book MORT 558 at Page 502 on July 15, 2011, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred or assigned to MidFirst Bank as reflected by instrument recorded in Book MORT 627, Page 55 and Book MORT 628, Page 189 of the same Office.
