Luther Randall “Randy” Quinn, 65, of Phil Campbell, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022. His visitation will be from noon – 2 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Bethsaida Baptist Church. Burial will be in the adjoining church cemetery. Spry Funeral Home will direct.
