Willie Walter Hamilton, 75, of Russellville, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023.
Willie lived his entire life in Franklin County. He was a retired construction worker from Bobby McNutt Railroad Construction.
He is survived by his children, Willie Hamilton, Benny Hamilton and Charles Hamilton; siblings, Edward Gasaway, Tommy Hamilton, Diane Smith and Mary Kate Hubbard; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends who will miss Willie dearly.
Mr. Hamilton was preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years, Ella Louise Hamilton; mother, Augusta Hamilton and siblings, Eugene Hamilton, Frank Hollingsworth Jr. and Pearl Groce.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 from 11 a.m.- 12 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home of Russellville. His funeral will follow in the chapel at noon. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery. Bro. B.J. Bonner will officiate.
