LEGAL NOTICE
In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, notice is hereby given that Triple J Construction, LLC, Contractor, has completed the Contract for Winston County Alabama, 4251-0013, Community Safe Room Sports Complex for the City of Haleyville, Alabama and have made request for final settlement of said Contract. This notice will appear for four consecutive weeks beginning on May 2, 2018 and ending on May 23, 2018. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify The Cassady Company, Inc., 4700 Highway 69 North, Northport, Alabama 35473.
