Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Hughston Blake Elliott, a single person and Haley Haynes, a single person, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Gateway Mortgage Group, a division of Gateway First Bank, on June 25, 2021, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, in MORT Book 668 Page 745; the undersigned Gateway Mortgage Group, a division of Gateway First Bank, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Double Springs, Winston County, Alabama, on November 9, 2023, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Winston County, Alabama, to-wit: Being a part of Lot #6 and a part of Lot #5, Block 2, Rock Creek Subdivision beginning at the NW corner of Gwendolyn Barber's property; thence going in a West direction along Bright Road approximately 150 feet to the NE corner of Mary T. Grant's property; thence South along line of Mary T. Grant's property to the forty line; thence going Easterly to the SW corner of Gwendolyn Barber's property; thence North along Gwendolyn Barber's property to point of beginning. Being a part of Lot #6, Block 2 and a part of Lot #5, Block 2, Rock Creek Subdivision, Winston County, Alabama; said map being recorded in the Probate Office of Winston County, Alabama.

Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. reserves the right to award the bid to the next highest bidder should the highest bidder fail to timely tender the total amount due.
