NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE
Default having been made in the payment of that certain Note and in the terms of that certain Mortgage executed by Billy G. Warren and Buna D. Warren formerly known as Buna J. Bonds to First Metro Bank, dated the 18th day of June, 2012, which Mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, in Book 568, Pages 423, et seq. The undersigned Mortgagee, First Metro Bank, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, will sell at auction to the highest bidder for cash before the entrance of the Winston County Courthouse in the City of Double Springs, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on the 12th day of June, 2019, the real property described in said Mortgage, which said description is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, said property being situated in Winston County, Alabama, to-wit:

Begin at a point that is 149.8 feet, South 1 degree 00 minutes East of the NW corner of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼, Section 29, Township 10 South, Range 8 West; thence continuing along this same line a distance of 510.3 feet; to a point on the right of way of U.S. Highway No. 278; thence turn South 56 degrees 40 minutes East and along the right of way of said highway a distance of 365.6 feet to an iron pin; thence go North 33 degrees 20 minutes East a distance of 420 feet to an iron pipe; thence turn North 56 degrees 40 minutes West a distance of 654.4 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5 acres, more or less. All land lying and being situated in the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 29, Township 10 South, Range 8 West, Winston County, Alabama.
