Mason and wife, Daris Mason, in favor of Walter Mortgage Company, said Mortgage being recorded March 8, 2005, in Book 469, Page 516, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama; assigned to Citibank, N.A. not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee, of NRZ Pass- Through Trust VI by instrument recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Citibank, N.A. not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee, of NRZ Pass-Through Trust VI by Ditech Financial LLC, as servicer with delegated authority, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Winston County, Alabama on 09/20/2019, having been postponed to 11/01/2019 during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Winston County, Alabama, to-wit::
A 1 1/2 acre tract more or less lying in the NE 1/4 of SW 1/4, Section 30, Township 11, Range 9, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the intersection of the South line of said NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 with the Easterly R/W Co. Rd. 25, thence Northerly along said R/W 420' to the Point of Beginning of said tract, thence continue Northerly along said R/W, 278', thence East parallel to the South line of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 261 feet, thence Southeasterly parallel to R/W of Co. Rd. 25, 278 feet, thence West 261 feet to the Point of Beginning.
