PUBLIC
MEETING
The Haleyville Water Works and Sewer Board will conduct a Public Meeting to review the proposed 2026 Water System Improvements project. This project includes repainting the Kelly Hill and Fontaine Water Storage Tanks, replacing the Kelly Hill Booster Station and transmission main to the Hospital Tank, construction of new water mains off 20th Avenue and 16th Avenue for fire protection. This project will be funded through the Alabama Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program.
This Public Meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at the Haleyville Water Works Conference Room located at 2015 20th Street in Haleyville, Alabama.
Officials representing the Haleyville Water Works and Sewer Board will be on hand to answer questions and address public concerns. The Environmental Information Document for this project is available for review at the Haleyville Water Works and Sewer Board office.
