Rilda D. Tidwell, 91, of Haleyville, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2026 at her home. She was a member of Needmore Church of Christ.
Her visitation will be Saturday, October 10, 2026 from 1 - 3 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville. Her funeral will be at 3 p.m. in the chapel, with her sons, Keith Tidwell and Steve Tidwell, officiating. Entombment will follow in Winston Memorial Mausoleum.
She is survived by her husband, Austin Tidwell; children, Steve Tidwell, Cindy Pauli and Keith (Angela) Tidwell; grandchildren, Alexandria Pauli, Caroline (Mitchell) Taylor and Juliana Tidwell; brother, H.T. Husley and sister, Dovie Gail Burleson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Howard and Mattie Sue Hulsey and sister, Geraldine Hiser.
